Case Study 1:

We provide administration support to various companies, dealing with and responding to initial enquiries.

We can offer general book-keeping services, raising and chasing invoices where appropriate. Various clients require us to manage and update their websites and databases, we also respond to calls made to their dedicated call answering service, update their Social Media Pages, type up correspondence and offer Audio Typing when required. 

We have also carried out research and created databases for a number of our clients. 

Some of our clients operate members only services and for these clients we manage their membership database and update the details of new members when required. 

Case Study 1A:

We provide Administration Support for a Radio Promotion Company dealing with ISDN Schedules, Appearances, Liaising with Radio Stations for Interview Schedules.

Creating Emails, Schedules, Reports and keeping track of Competition Winners where appropriate.

We send mail shots out to Radio Stations across the UK for competitions and create reports highlighting the relevant plays and playlists that the music features on.

We encourage the Radio Stations to offer Competitions and send out the appropriate stock as and when required. 

As Radio Stations are constantly evolving we also have to keep on top of the relevant personnel and changes that take place so have to continually update the database.

Case Study 1B:

Having worked with high profile clients we have assisted in looking after the personal and professional aspects of their day to day lives. This includes public appearances, PR, Research, Assistance with their Properties, Booking Holidays, Party Planning and much more. 

 

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Case Study 2:

Having organised over 12 huge awards ceremonies, a major conference, over 75 workshops and approximately 60 networking events for another company we have a vast amount of event experience. 

The Awards Ceremonies were organised from start to finish, from the official launch of the nominations, liaising with all nominees, Selling sponsorship, Ticket Sales, Script Writing, Creation of Intro Videos, Powerpoint Slides, Design and Print of the Event Programme, Design and Creation of the Step and Repeat Banner & Awards.  Liaising with up to 500 guests to obtain guest names, seating requests and dietary requirements. We also raised appropriate invoices and chased payments when required. In addition, we assisted the nominees with Social Media Banners and E-mail Footers to help promote their entry. On the day itself our tis there early to set up and assist with the run through, making any last minute changes, liaising with the AV team and the venue to ensure the smooth running of the event.

 

The Networking Events were booked with the appropriate venues, uploaded to the clients' website, tickets sold, emails created to advertise the events. Name Badges were created and Delegate Lists were sent out to attendees beforehand. Each event was attended by one of our team to assist with registration and the smooth running of the event on the day itself. 

 

BUSINESS START UP ASSISTANCE

Case Study 3:

We have assisted several start up companies with carrying out research within their proposed industry, assisting with sourcing items, creating logos and stationery and creating a simple start up website.​ We have also set them up on Social media and started them off on an Accounts package to get them ready for trading. 

 

WEBSITE DESIGN & SOCIAL MEDIA

Case Study 4:

We provide Social Media Assistance for a number of companies in a variety of industries.  We currently record content, take photos and design and create Instagram and Facebook posts to help promote these companies. 

We do these on a regular basis to update their members and encourage new followers. 

 

 

PROPERTY SERVICES 

Case Study 5:

For one of our Cheshire based clients we assisted in the family relocating to Canada. This included carrying out research on neighbourhoods, properties and schools in the Toronto area and relaying this information back to the client.

We attended the property to meet with prospective overseas removal companies and go through in detail what would be required. 

Once the removal company had been agreed we provided a list of every item involved in the move for insurance purposes.

We also assisted with packing and the move on the day itself. 

 

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Case Study 6:

At Christmas we have provided gift idea lists for clients, carried out their Christmas Shopping, Wrapped all items and delivered the presents where appropriate.

For other clients we have put up their Christmas Decorations, Sourced and Decorated the Christmas Tree or arranged for Professional Christmas Decorators to attend the property and have even hand written their Christmas Cards. 

We also offer a reminder service for some of our clients, this can be anything from anniversaries, birthdays or to let them know when their car tax and MOT is due. 

We can also make reservations for our clients, this can include restaurant reservations, Golf tee times or health & beauty appointments.

Case Study 6A:

Approached by an overseas company, we were asked to greet one of their students at the airport, provide her with a fully charged mobile phone and asked to transport her to her overnight accommodation before she proceeded onto her temporary residence whilst in the UK. 

Overcoming a few issues out of our control (her flight was delayed, the airline misplaced her luggage, her accommodation had to close due to bad weather), we are happy to say, alternative accommodation was sourced, she was collected and taken to her final destination the following day and her luggage was located and forwarded onto her.
